Job description
We're on the lookout for a Reporting Accountant who loves solving complex accounting challenges and turning technical financial information into meaningful business insight.

You'll join a highly skilled Financial Reporting team where you'll contribute to statutory, financial and management reporting while helping the business navigate technical accounting matters. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your IFRS expertise, work on complex reporting challenges and partner with stakeholders across the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare accurate and timely financial, statutory and management reporting.
- Apply and interpret IFRS standards and emerging accounting requirements.
- Support the delivery of high-quality financial information and reporting outputs.
- Assist with technical accounting assessments and reporting requirements.
- Contribute to reporting processes that meet business, regulatory and governance expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights that support decision-making.
- Support the preparation and review of technical accounting documentation and reporting deliverables.

What we're looking for
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).
- Completed articles and board exams.
- At least 2–3-year post-qualification experience.
- Strong financial accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Sound knowledge and practical application of IFRS.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical accounting skills.
It'll be a bonus if you have
- Financial services, banking or insurance industry exposure.
- Consolidations experience.
- Exposure to JSE-listed reporting environments.
- Experience preparing or reviewing technical accounting memorandums.
- SAP, A4O or financial reporting systems experience.
