Floor Manager - SWH Galleria (Amanzimtoti)

The following Management position has become available in our SWH Galleria (Amanzimtoti – KZN):

Minimum Requirements:

· 3 years’ retail (sales) experience

· 2 years’ Store Management experience

· Completed Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification

· Clear Credit- and Criminal Record

· Strong verbal communication- and leadership skills

· Affinity for sport and track record of delivering customer service excellence

· “Specialist” product knowledge (will be advantageous)

· Computer literate - Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Key Duties:

· Sales Generation

· Service Excellence

· Store and Merchandising Standards

· Stock and Staff Management

· Protection of Company Assets

· Administration
