We’re looking for a German-Speaking Customer Support Executive to join our exciting international campaign!

As part of the team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and business clients, helping them navigate their experience and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, care, and a solution-focused approach.

Your Mission

As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll be supporting both business clients and parking customers, making sure their experience is smooth from start to finish.

You’ll handle customer queries across multiple channels, investigate more complex issues, and help deliver the high-quality service customers expect.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering world-class customer support in German and English via Zendesk.
• Assisting customers through chat, email, and voice channels.
• Handling and resolving escalated Level 2 customer queries and tickets.
• Investigating Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) appeals.
• Developing and maintaining strong knowledge of the clients’ products and services.
• Building positive relationships with both business clients and parking customers.
• Engaging professionally with customers across different platforms.
• Helping maintain excellent customer satisfaction and online reviews.
• Identifying customer issues and providing effective, timely solutions.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Fluent in German and English
• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience working with Zendesk would be advantageous.
• Knowledge or experience with Chat and AI technologies.
• Comfortable engaging with customers on social media platforms such as Facebook and X (Twitter).
• Strong computer literacy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
