Mediclinic is an international private healthcare services group, founded in South Africa in 1983, with divisions in Switzerland, Southern Africa (South Africa and Namibia) and the United Arab Emirates.
The Group is focused on providing specialist-orientated, multidisciplinary services across the continuum of care in such a way that the Group will be regarded as the most respected and trusted provider of healthcare services by patients, medical practitioners, funders and regulators of healthcare in each of its markets.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To support a holistic human resources business and employee enablement service utilising human resources tools and services to facilitate a positive, sustainable employee experience within a value-based culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Support Business Performance through people management enablement
Facilitate Human Resources Service Delivery
Enable talent management
Support workforce and remuneration management
Coordinate employee wellness and engagement initiatives and related events
Enable transformation through fair HR practice
Required Education ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Diploma in Human Resources
DESIRED EDUCATION: None
Required Experience ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years generalist experience in Human Resources or related environment
