HRExec Recruitment Specialists is excited to partner with a dynamic, entrepreneurial international supply chain and logistics company in the search for an experienced HR Administrator .
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing international organisation that values integrity, collaboration, and professional development. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing payroll administration while supporting employee benefits, HR compliance, recruitment coordination, training administration, and the broader employee lifecycle. This role is ideally suited to a detail-oriented HR professional with strong payroll administration experience and a passion for delivering accurate payroll processing, efficient HR support, and exceptional administrative standards.
Key Responsibilitie
s ✔Payroll & Benefit
- sManage payroll administration across multiple companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- .Collate, review, and validate payroll inputs and liaise with finance and external payroll providers
- .Review payroll outputs, perform reconciliations, and prepare payroll-related reports
- .Administer employee benefits, including medical aid, provident fund, and leave records
- .Process payroll adjustments, corrections, and employee benefit changes
. ✔Training & Developmen
- tCoordinate training requirements with management and schedule training initiatives
- .Maintain accurate training records and prepare training reports
- .Assist with Skills Development Plans and statutory submissions, including WSP and ATR
- .Liaise with TETA and INSETA regarding training and skills development requirements
. ✔Compliance & Reportin
- gSupport HR audits and ensure compliance with Employment Equity, Department of Labour, SARS, COIDA, and annual financial audit requirements
- .Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and absenteeism statistics
- .Assist with BBBEE compliance and reporting
. ✔Recruitment & Onboardin
- gCoordinate recruitment activities, including liaising with recruitment agencies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and participating in the interview process
- .Facilitate onboarding, induction, and integration of new employees
. ✔General HR Administratio
- nMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- .Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- .Administer employee leave and employment contracts
- .Provide general HR administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the HR function
