Minimum Requirements

• Qualifications in I.T. or Business Analysis (Diploma or Degree preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and adapt quickly.
• Proficient in data analysis and understanding of business functional areas.
• Willingness to travel to sites when required.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Previous experience in I.T. or Business Analysis is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license.

• Collaborate closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate system functionality.
• Manage projects, develop project plans, and oversee performance, change management, and support handovers.
