Are you creative, energetic and passionate above food, people and social media? We are looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant food hub space.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, social media, events, brand building and promotions withing a dynamic food-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

- Customer service

- Staff supervision

- Stock replenishment

- Assist with day-to-day marketing and promotional activities of the food hub

- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms

- Assist with social media campaigns, promotions and competitions

- Help promote food vendors, events, specials and new offerings

- Respond to social media comments and customer enquiries professionally

- Assist with organising and promoting events, activations and community initiatives

- Develop relationships with local businesses, influencers, media and community groups

- Monitor social medial trends and identify creative opportunities to increase engagement

- Assist with basic marketing administration, reporting and tracking of campaigns

- Help ensure the food hub maintains a consistent and exciting brand presence

What we’re looking for:

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong knowledge of current digital trends and social media

- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks

- Friendly demeanour
