Junior Operations Coordinator

Job Title: Junior Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Operations Coordinator to join our Plumbing and Construction team. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities and a hands on approach to managing day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the daily activities of controllers and foremen.
• Schedule and allocate work orders and project tasks efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
• Track project deliverables and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them where necessary.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and operational records.
• Support the line Manager in achieving business and project objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in an operations, project coordination or site administration role (Construction or Plumbing industry experience is advantageous).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to learn project management software.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: From R12 000,00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• similar field: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (Preferred)
