Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Junior Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll team. If you have a passion for accuracy, enjoy working with data, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

Qualifications: NSC Matric Certificate.

1 to 2 years' payroll administration experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities: • Onboard new store associates by exporting employee data from workflow systems to Oracle.

• Capture and process payroll-related information accurately and within payroll deadlines.

• Maintain payroll Masterfile records and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.

• Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports.

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of payroll data within your area of responsibility.

• Respond to telephonic payroll queries from associates and provide timely resolutions.

• Liaise with stores and associates to clarify payroll-related information and discrepancies.

• Support payroll processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
