Project & Compliance Coordinator

The Training & Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training projects from start to finish while acting as the main point of contact between clients, training providers and internal team members.

This role requires someone who is highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

The successful candidate must be able to take ownership of their work, think proactively and maintain exceptionally high standards of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training projects from initial client enquiry through to completion.
• Liaise daily with clients, training providers, facilitators and suppliers.
• Request quotations from training providers and prepare quotations for clients.
• Schedule training sessions and coordinate training logistics.
• Prepare and maintain project training plans and implementation schedules.
• Manage learner enrolments and training documentation.
• Ensure attendance registers, assessment documentation and certificates are received, checked and filed correctly.
• Upload and maintain training records within the company's document management systems.
• Prepare reports and provide clients with regular project updates.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate records to support compliance reporting and audits.
• Identify potential issues early and proactively implement solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Human Resources, Logistics or a related field, or
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a project coordination, operations coordination, compliance administration or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's licence.

Pay: From R17 500,00 per month
