Cartrack is a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, operating in 23 countries. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Commercial teams, covering our KwaZulu-Natal region, including Durban, Newcastle, Pietermaritzburg, and Richards Bay.

Position Summary As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of regional sales performance, leading and developing Commercial Sales Managers and their teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will drive regional growth, identify new business opportunities, strengthen market presence, and ensure consistent sales execution across your region. You will play a key role in translating the company's commercial strategy into regional action, using performance insights, CRM data, coaching, and process optimisation to maximise results. Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of regional sales performance, leading and developing Commercial Sales Managers and their teams
• Drive regional revenue growth and identify new business opportunities across the region
• Ensure consistent sales execution and accountability across multiple teams
• Translate company commercial strategy into regional action plans
• Use CRM data, performance insights, and sales analytics to inform coaching and decision-making
• Optimise sales processes to maximise regional results
• Strengthen Cartrack's market presence throughout the KZN region

Minimum requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
• A minimum of 7 years' experience in Commercial/B2B sales
• At least 3 years' experience in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience managing and developing sales leaders and high-performing sales teams
• A strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience driving regional revenue growth and new business acquisition
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and turn strategy into results
• Proven ability to manage performance, accountability, and sales execution across multiple teams
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Excellent coaching, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Industry experience in fleet management, logistics, telecoms, software, or SaaS is advantageous
• Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis
