Job description
JOB SUMMARY
PAVE Direct Marketing is expanding to Durban and is looking for ambitious individuals aged 18–30 to join our team as Retail Sales Assistants.
This is an opportunity to gain sales experience, develop your communication skills, work with a professional team and grow within the company. No previous sales experience is required — full training is provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage professionally with customers
Promote and represent products and services
Identify customer needs and provide solutions
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Build strong customer relationships
Provide excellent customer service
Participate in training, coaching and development
Represent PAVE and our clients professionally
REQUIREMENTS
Age 18–30 Years
Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4
Good communication skills
Confident and positive attitude
Goal-driven and self-motivated
Willingness to learn
Professional work ethic
Ability to work well in a team
Available Monday–Saturday
Previous sales experience is advantageous but not required
