Job description

We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of retail sales assistant at our regional office in Durban. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying and assessing potential sales leads through direct customer engagement, networking, and referrals.

- Presenting, promoting, and effectively selling our products and services to prospective customers.

- Building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.

- Engaging with customer leads through multiple communication channels.

- Meeting established sales targets within the designated timeline.

- Coordinating sales activities with team members and other departments.

- Analyzing the market's potential and maintaining sales and status reports.

Requirements:

- A minimum of Grade 12 or NQL 4 qualification.

- Proven experience in a Sales Consultant role.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
