Durban | Rotational Shifts | Monday–Sunday

Love fashion, beauty, skincare, accessories and lifestyle products? Are you confident, outgoing and definitely NOT shy on camera?

We’re looking for energetic Retail Sales Assistants & TikTok Live Presenters who love products, enjoy selling and are comfortable engaging customers both in person and on TikTok LIVE.

Retail & shopping

What you'll do

Sell and recommend products to customers
Provide excellent customer service
Work towards sales targets
Present and demonstrate products
Participate in TikTok LIVE selling sessions
Speak confidently about products on camera
Answer viewers' questions LIVE
Create excitement around products and promotions
Help create TikTok/Reels content
Potentially work with different retail brands and product categories

You MUST be comfortable on camera

You don't need to be an influencer. Your follower count does not matter.

We're looking for people with:

PERSONALITY + CONFIDENCE + ENERGY + SALES ABILITY

You should be naturally talkative, comfortable approaching people and excited about presenting products.

Working Hours

Applicants must be available to work Monday to Sunday on a rotational shift basis.

Shifts may fall between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, depending on operational and live-stream requirements.

This does NOT mean you will work from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You will work scheduled shifts within these operating hours, with days off according to the roster.

You must be comfortable with weekends, early mornings and late evenings when scheduled.

Pay

Pay will depend on experience, role requirements, live-stream/presenting experience and client budget.
