Job description

Are you a relentless deal-closer who thrives on the chase? Netstar is expanding its Enterprise Fleet division and looking for a B2B Sales Hunter who excels at turning cold prospects into strategic enterprise partnerships.

This is not an account management or farming desk . You will be out in the field targeting medium-to-large commercial fleets, logistics operators, and corporate supply chains. Your mandate is clear: open doors, conduct in-depth needs analyses, demonstrate the value of advanced telematics and IoT fleet solutions, and close high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Aggressive New Business Development: Prospect, cold-call, network, and convert enterprise B2B fleet opportunities from scratch.
Solution Selling: Pitch complex telematics, driver behavior monitoring, cold-chain monitoring, asset tracking, and fleet safety technologies.
Executive Relationship Building: Engage confidently with C-level executives, Supply Chain Directors, and Fleet Managers to build credibility and long-term pipeline.
Contract Negotiation & Close: Manage full commercial negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and financing structures.
Exceed Sales Quotas: Consistently meet and exceed monthly new-revenue targets and unit activation quotas.

What You Bring

Experience: 3–5+ years of verified B2B direct sales/hunter experience, ideally within telematics, fleet management, automotive, logistics, or enterprise SaaS.
Vehicle & License: Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license are mandatory and non-negotiable.
Track Record: Documented proof of consistently hitting or smashing monthly new-business sales targets.
Mobility (Mandatory): A valid South African Code 8 (B) driver's license and your own reliable vehicle to travel daily across the territory.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of fleet operational costs, risk mitigation, and enterprise buying cycles.
Drive & Resilience: Self-starter mindset, high grit, sharp negotiation skills, and a refusal to take "no" for an answer.
