We are looking for Commercial Sales Managers to join our Commercial teams, with opportunities available at our Rosebank branch in Johannesburg, as well as in our Durban, Richards Bay, and Newcastle branches in KwaZulu-Natal.

Position Summary

The Commercial Sales Manager will lead a team of Team Leaders as well as their teams (Business Development Managers) within our corporate sales division, with responsibility for achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving new business growth, and strengthening Cartrack's market presence. This role requires strong leadership capability, a hands-on approach to coaching and process improvement, and effective use of CRM systems to manage performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Team Leaders and their teams to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Drive new business development and revenue growth across the commercial portfolio
• Coach team members on sales technique, pipeline management, and deal closure
• Implement and refine sales processes to improve team efficiency and performance
• Utilise CRM tools to track performance, forecast accurately, and support data-driven decision-making
• Contribute to strengthening Cartrack's overall market position

Minimum requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial/B2B sales
• At least 2 years' experience in a sales leadership or management role
• A demonstrated track record of driving new business and revenue growth
• Proven ability to manage the full sales process, from planning through to close
• Experience in fleet management, logistics, telecoms, or software industries is advantageous
