Job description
Duties And Responsibilities
- The Senior Franchise Administrator is responsible for providing end-to-end administrative and relationship support throughout the franchise application, onboarding and contracting process
- The role acts as a key point of contact for prospective and new Franchisees, ensuring documentation is accurately managed, applications progress efficiently, and queries are coordinated with the relevant internal teams. The successful candidate will require strong administration, communication and business acumen, with the confidence to engage Franchisees on commercial and financial queries
- Manage the administration of new Franchisee applications from initial enquiry through to onboarding
- Review and vet Franchisee application documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate and participate in initial meetings with prospective Franchisees
- Coordinate the drafting and completion of franchise agreements in conjunction with the Legal team
- Manage the onboarding process for approved Franchisees, including the opening and setup of relevant accounts
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all required franchise documentation is completed and filed
- Act as a central point of contact for prospective and new Franchisees throughout the application and onboarding journey
- Coordinate Franchisee queries with Operations, Legal, Finance and New Business teams
- Respond to general commercial and financial queries relating to franchise performance, investment requirements and expected payback periods
- Track outstanding actions, documentation and approvals to ensure applications progress timeously
- Build professional relationships with Franchisees and provide a high standard of service and communication
Requirements
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior administrative, franchise, banking, financial services or business support role
- Strong administrative and document management skills
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- Ability to understand and discuss basic business financial concepts, including gross profit and payback periods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications and priorities simultaneously
- Confident engaging with prospective business owners and senior internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
