Job description
Le Lude Estate, a 5-star boutique winery in Franschhoek specialising in award-winning Cap Classique, is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for wine, food and hospitality who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, managing daily restaurant operations and leading the team in creating memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
• Afrikaans as a first language is essential
• Matric / Grade 12
• 5+ years’ experience in senior restaurant or hospitality management
• Proven leadership and people-management skills
• Solid wine knowledge; WSET qualification or similar is advantageous
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
• Computer literate, including Dineplan, POS systems, stock control, Excel and email
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
