Role Summary

We need a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager. You will lead and drive our sales teams across a growing network of loan branches. You will boost loan volumes, build team performance, and expand our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Branch Management: Oversee daily sales operations across the KZN loan branch network.
Drive Loan Volumes: Lead, motivate, and mentor branch sales teams to hit personal loan targets.
Strategic Growth: Implement regional sales strategies to expand Loanfin’s market footprint in KZN.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all branches strictly follow NCR (National Credit Regulator) and company lending guidelines.
Performance Tracking: Monitor branch metrics, analyze sales data, and implement quick corrective actions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.
Proven track record of managing a multi-site network of loan or financial branches.
Strong skill in driving high-performance sales teams.
Deep knowledge of the lending and micro-loan sector.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant qualification in Business Management, Finance, and Sales.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently across KZN branches.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
