Job description

We're looking for a friendly ,patient , and results -driven CSR to deliver exceptional support and keep our customers happy. Resolve complaints ,technical issues , and product / service questions on the first contact where possible. Provide clear , accurate information on products , pricing , policies, and promotions. Escalate complex cases to the right team and follow through to completion.

Requirements

Matric or Equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem -solving skills and calm attitude
Target -driven , organised and a real team player
