About the Role

Delta BEC is seeking a Structural (Civil) Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for structural modelling, design and project delivery across various projects, including steel-frame commercial and composite concrete structures.

This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Team Leader position, with increasing responsibility for project management, client relationships and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Model, design and review structural engineering solutions.
Manage structural project deliverables, quality and deadlines.
Coordinate project planning, budgets, resources and risk management.
Engage with clients and project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, reporting and financial performance.
Contribute to project procedures and technical standards.

Minimum Requirements

3–5 years' structural engineering experience.
BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Proficiency in Revit ( mandatory ).
Proficiency in Prokon structural design software.
Proficiency in reinforcement detailing software, such as Sofistik, PADDS, Addobar or Probar.

Advantageous

Experience with Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis.
