Tender Administrator

SIQU GROUP CC is urgently looking for a suitable candidate.

Requirements:

* Grade 12/ Post Matric qualification

* Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in related field.

* Proper time management and ability to work under pressure.

* Must reside in Durban.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Ensure all tender documents are completed and accurate.

* Monitor tender portals, government gazettes and procurement websites for new opportunities.

* Coordinate collection of tender documents.

* Prepare tender submission packs in accordance to clients specifications.

* Maintain an up to date tender register and submission schedule.

* Ensure compliance with quality standards.

* Develop an electronic and physical filling system.

* Assist with the calculation of tender bill.
