Wholesale Sales Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Wholesale Sales Agent to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our wholesale division by assisting customers, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring efficient stock and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tele-sales to existing and potential wholesale customers
• Prepare and process quotations for customers and sales representatives
• Assist with stock monitoring and maintenance to ensure product availability
• Coordinate logistics and dispatch arrangements for customer orders
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams
• Provide prompt customer service and follow up on enquiries
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in Hardware sales, telesales, or wholesale environment preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Basic computer skills (emails, quotations, and order processing)
• Knowledge of hardware, building materials, or electrical products will be advantageous

Pay: R7 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
