**Position Overview**

The Logistics Admin Clerk is responsible for supporting the efficient coordination, administration, and monitoring of the internal and external movement and distribution of supplies and materials. WE'RE HIRING: Vendor Contract Administrative Assistant

Location: City Deep, Johannesburg

Salary: R15,000 per month

We are looking for a highly experienced and professional Vendor contract administrative assistant to join our team. The successful candidate must have strong administrative, financial, and client relationship management skills

Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Preparing and maintaining costing sheets.
* Managing client and supplier liaison.
* Debtors and creditors administration.
* Processing and maintaining records on SAP and Sage.
* Working extensively with Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Managing key customer accounts and ensuring excellent service delivery.
* Assisting with general account management and administrative duties.

Minimum Requirements

* Extensive experience in Administration or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of debtors and creditors.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SAP, and Sage.
* Sound knowledge of flowers and the floral industry (beneficial).
* Fluent in English and Afrikaans (preferred).
* Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship\-building skills.

Salary

R15,000 per month
