To sell new BMW vehicles to individual and business customers, achieving agreed monthly unit and gross profit targets while delivering the standard of customer experience the BMW brand requires. **Key responsibilities** **Selling**

* Achieve and exceed agreed monthly new vehicle unit and gross profit targets.
* Manage the full sales process: prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, product presentation, test drive, negotiation, close and delivery.
* Present the full BMW range with genuine expertise, including derivative differences, specification, options, pricing and the CO₂ emissions tax implications of each derivative.
* Demonstrate competent knowledge of electrified product — the i4, i5, i7, iX, iX1 and the plug\-in hybrid range — including range, charging, running costs and the practical questions customers ask.
* Present BMW Financial Services finance and insurance solutions and hand over cleanly to F\&I.
* Position the 5 year / 100 000 km BMW Motorplan, extension options and Original BMW Accessories on every deal.

* Sound working knowledge of the BMW product range and retail sales process.
* Computer literacy, including CRM and dealer management system usage.
* Valid Code B (08\) South African driver's licence, unendorsed.
