* Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing and/or buying roles
* Experience in contract management and legal awareness
* Proficiency in advanced MS Office tools and ERP systems
* Strong supplier engagement, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work autonomously in a matrix and project\-driven environment
* Willingness and ability to travel to supplier sites as required
* Fluency in English; an international mindset is a plus
* Experience in supplier site visits, supplier development, or project procurement follow\-up is desirable
