**Key Responsibilities** 



* Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Intune

* Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as:

**The opportunity**
 M\&A Integration (Core Focus)
   

  

* Drive collaboration\-platform integration end\-to\-end for each acquisition, scoping, planning, executing, and closing out migrations of users, Slack channels, Google Workspace Drive, mailboxes, and configurations from acquired companies into the Payward environment
* Assess acquired\-company collaboration stacks during and after diligence: what they run, how it's configured, what the security and compliance gaps are, and what it takes to consolidate
* Rationalize overlapping tools across brands, decide what migrates, what sunsets, and what stays, and see those calls through
* Build repeatable playbooks, tooling, and automation so each successive integration is faster and cleaner than the last
* Coordinate cutover timelines and TSA\-driven dependencies with Corporate Development, Legal, and the acquired teams


 Collaboration Platforms
   

  

* Own Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom at multi\-entity enterprise scale, architecture, governance, licensing, configuration, and day\-to\-day operations across the brand portfolio
* Build and maintain integrations between collaboration tools and the broader identity and security stack (Okta, Global Relay, eDiscovery tooling, archiving platforms)
* Define and enforce cross\-brand platform governance standards; build automation that makes the secure path the easy path
* Collaborate with HRIS and IAM teams to manage clean onboarding and offboarding across platforms and entities


 Email \& Domain Security
   

  

* Own email security infrastructure across brands, filtering, quarantine, impersonation defenses, and DMARC/SPF/DKIM hygiene, and raise the bar as new entities and threats arrive
* Manage a large, multi\-registrar, multi\-brand domain portfolio (Cloudflare, MarkMonitor, and others); lead DNS migrations, audits, and consolidation as brands come in
* Respond to phishing campaigns, insider threat signals, and anomalous domain activity with speed and precision


 Compliance \& Legal Support
   

  

* Lead legal hold management, eDiscovery queries, and data productions across email, Slack, and Google Drive, across multiple entities
* Architect and maintain compliant archiving infrastructure (Global Relay, Smarsh, Virtru) as new businesses are onboarded and legacy ones sunset
* Produce and defend evidence for regulatory and audit obligations (17a\-4, ISO, external auditors), working directly with Legal and Compliance


 Security \& Access Control
   

  

* Design and maintain DLP rules, group access controls, and data access policies across collaboration platforms and entities
* Lead insider threat reduction initiatives, access revocation, high\-risk extension management, public channel governance, during and after integrations, when risk is highest
* Own platform\-level incident response: investigation, containment, and post\-incident improvement


 Tooling \& Vendor Management
   

  

* Evaluate, onboard, consolidate, and sunset SaaS tools across the collaboration and security stack as the portfolio grows

 This position will assist the SecOps Tech Lead and Head of Security Operations in enhancing the SOC \& SOAR operations within Kocho. The Security Analyst will collaborate closely with other teams to build services and solutions that align with security best practices and client assurance requirements. The Account Sales Executive will be responsible for driving profitable growth within the Financial Services Industry (Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Fintech and Capital Markets sectors). **Duties and Responsibilities**


* Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and align this with overall strategic sales plan.
* Ensure CRM data quality/accuracy (Pipe, Closing date, TCV, OE, Item Offering).
* Drive and monitor Order Entry forecast and coverage for current Quarter and next Quarter.
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to prospective clients.
* Meet Sales targets in terms of Order Entry, Revenue and Margin.

* Maintains documentation on customer contact and account updates.

* Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
* Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long\-lasting relationships.
* Develop and execute account plans for strategic customers.
* Build and maintain executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, COOs and Line of Business leaders.
* Lead complex bid and proposal processes in collaboration with solution, delivery and partner teams.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross\-selling across the Atos portfolio.


**Profil description :**


* Minimum 7\-10 years enterprise technology sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on Financial Services clients.
* Strong knowledge of selling complex IT solutions within the Financial Services markets.
* An understanding of IT Systems Integration, AI, Automation, Software DevOps frameworks, Cloud Applications and Infrastructure, Cyber Security
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
* Deep understanding of the Financial Services Industry including Banking, Insurance, FinTech and Capital Markets, with knowledge of digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud adoption, regulatory compliance, data privacy and operational resilience requirements.
* Strong networking and relationship\-building skills, with the ability to engage with C\-level executives and decision\-makers.
* Ability to pitch offerings and to articulate Atos solutions into a value proposition and answer customer needs.
* Evidence\-based previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, meeting or exceeding targets.
* Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
