**Job Scope**  
The Payroll Accountant \& HR Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely review of monthly payroll, payroll accounting, oversight of statutory submissions and general HR administration. The position ensures compliance with applicable tax, payroll and employment legislation while maintaining accurate employee and financial records.
