The Project Manager will be responsible for guiding the kitchen staff perform to efficiently, whilst establishing standard menu options and recipes, ordering the food and supplies necessary to make these dishes, and overseeing kitchen and line staff. ### **Duties and Responsibilities**

* Responsible for all aspects of meal preparation, clean\-up, and general upkeep of the kitchen

Project Manager

**Purpose:**

The Front of House Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of Ernie Els Wines (Restaurant or Tasting Room), ensuring exceptional guest experience, efficient operations, and achievement of revenue targets. This role translates business objectives into daily operations, leading the team to deliver consistent service excellence while maintaining strong commercial awareness.

The Front of House Manager holds full operational supervisory responsibility for the FOH team during service periods, with a strong emphasis on real\-time leadership, performance management, and execution of service standards rather than administrative HR functions or strategic workforce planning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1\. Hospitality Management:

* Oversee daily operations of the designated outlet, ensuring high service standards and consistency

* Provides continuous on\-the\-floor coaching, performance feedback, and behavioural correction

* Supports onboarding and practical training of new FOH staff within the operational environment

4\. Operational Oversight:

* Take full responsibility for opening and closing procedures within the outlet
* Ensure operational readiness, including floor setup, cleanliness, and service flow
* Oversee stock control processes, ensuring accuracy and accountability
* Monitor equipment usage and ensure adherence to operational standards
* Identify and implement improvements to service flow and efficiency

5\. Administrative \& Financial Control:

* Oversee and verify daily cash\-ups, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Monitor sales performance and track revenue against targets
* Manage cost control within the outlet, including stock and labour efficiency
* Ensure accurate record keeping for bookings, functions, and operational reporting
* Report maintenance and operational issues as required

6\. Sales \& Revenue Performance:

* Drive revenue through effective management of service, upselling, and guest engagement
* Monitor spend per head and identify opportunities to increase sales performance
* Support wine, tasting, and retail sales growth within the outlet
* Ensure accurate processing of orders and sales documentation
* Contribute to initiatives that enhance revenue and guest retention

7\. Policy Compliance:

* Ensure full adherence to company SOPs, policies, and service standards
* Enforce health and safety regulations within the outlet
* Manage team conduct and address performance issues in line with company guidelines
* Maintain consistency in operational and service procedures

**Qualifications \& Experience:**

* 4 – 8 years’ experience in hospitality, with supervisory or management responsibility
* Proven experience managing a restaurant or tasting room of high caliber advantageous (Similar environments to EEW)
* Strong understanding of service operations and guest experience management
* Wine knowledge or relevant training (e.g., WSET Level 2\) beneficial
* Proficiency in POS systems and operational reporting

**Qualifications and Experience**

A minimum of Matric or equivalent

A minimum 12 months’ financial services experience as a Financial Adviser

A minimum of Long\-term Insurance Class of Business completion.

Completion of additional FAIS requirements such as Investments Class of Business, the Regulatory Examination 5 (RE5\), an FSCA\-approved qualification will be advantageous.

stow Group is looking for a hands\-on **Digital Marketing Specialist** to grow our visibility, strengthen lead generation and turn strong ideas into high\-performing digital campaigns.


From website optimisation and Google Ads to email journeys, content creation and performance analytics, you will own campaigns end\-to\-end — creating, testing, learning and improving continuously.


You will work with international colleagues across marketing and sales, including close collaboration with our US teams. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining creative thinking with measurable commercial results.

* Create and run digital campaigns across web, social media, email and paid channels
* Manage and optimise our websites, landing pages and lead\-generation forms
* Turn ideas into engaging content: copy, visuals, campaigns and video
* Use SEO, SEA and Google Ads to increase traffic and reach the right audiences
* Build email campaigns and automated journeys that attracts people to open
* Track performance through Google Analytics and campaign dashboards

 **Qualifications**  

* A degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
* Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
* Practical knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, campaign performance and digital analytics.
* Strong content creation skills and a sharp eye for detail.
* A proactive mindset: you are organised, curious, practical and comfortable managing several projects at once.
* Experience with email marketing platforms; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid, international environment, with regular overlap with US colleagues until around 9:00 p.m.

Digital Marketing Intern

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, well\-presented, proactive, and dependable individual to join our team as a **Rental Administrator \& Office Support**.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day\-to\-day administration of our rental portfolio, including lease management, tenant communication, rental collections, payment processing, and maintaining the rental book.

**Please note:** Applicants must reside in **Stellenbosch, Somerset West, or Kuils River**. Applications from outside these areas will not be considered.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, works well under pressure, and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities. In addition to rental administration, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day\-to\-day operations of the office, assisting with new agent onboarding, compliance administration, and providing general support to the management and sales teams.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and rental department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Rental Administration**

* Prepare, process, and manage lease agreements, renewals, and addendums.
* Maintain accurate records of tenants, landlords, and rental properties.
* Ensure all compliance and supporting documentation is up to date.
* Schedule and coordinate inspections and maintenance requests.

**Rental Book Management**

* Maintain and manage the rental book.
* Monitor monthly rental income and ensure accurate record\-keeping.

**Collections \& Payments**

* Collect monthly rental payments and follow up on outstanding amounts.
* Monitor arrears and implement collection procedures.
* Process landlord payouts accurately and on time.
* Capture and reconcile payments received and disbursed.
* Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding account queries.
* Assist with monthly financial reconciliations and reporting.

**Office Support \& Agent Onboarding**

* Assist with the onboarding of new agents, including the preparation and collection of required documentation.
* Ensure new agents are properly set up with company systems, processes, and administrative requirements.
* Provide ongoing administrative support to agents and management.
* Maintain and update agent records and compliance documentation.
* Assist with the preparation of training materials, meetings, and company events when required.
* Manage general office administration and filing systems.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.
* Perform additional administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

**General Administration**

* Provide administrative support to the rental department.
* Perform data capturing and general office administration.
* Answer rental\-related queries professionally and efficiently.
* Assist agents with rental documentation.
* Provide general support to the team when required.

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in property rentals, administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
* Excellent organisational and time\-management abilities.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Valid driver's licence.
* Own reliable transport.
* Fluent Afrikaans (Required) and English
