**DUTIES**

* Ensure that new tutors are set up within the allocated time frame.
* Capture data accurately.
* Onboard new tutors via welcome email, call or Zoom meeting and establish a good rapport.
* Tutor account management with a specific focus on retention.
* Provide regular proactive guidance to tutor centres via calls and emails.
* Assist allocated tutor centres by solving their queries within a targeted turnaround time while focusing on a first\-call resolution.
* Ensure proactive follow\-up of queries to ensure complete resolution.
* Ensure that tutors feel supported and empowered.
* Conduct courtesy visits to tutor centres where necessary to strengthen relationships and provide additional support.
* Act as a link between tutors and the back office to ensure query resolution takes priority.
* Execute additional operational and administrative tasks and assist colleagues with overflow work.

 The tutor will work with both adult and young learners whose proficiency ranges from CEFR A1 to C2 (Beginner to Advanced).
 



 The successful candidate should hold a university degree, possess a recognised teaching qualification, and have at least five years of language teaching experience. Experience in assessing learners across the four core language skills of listening, reading, writing, and speaking, preferably using the CEFR framework, is highly desirable.
 



 As the lesson will be delivered in English, a minimum of B2 level of English fluency would be required.

* Familiarity with CAPS curriculum; IEB teaching and matric marking experience advantageous.
* First Aid certification desirable.
