PURPOSE:



To design, implement and deploy software for applications in the ERP (Financial or HRM or SCM) suite. Analyze business requirements for projects, recommend enhancement for optimal performance and provide application support. Functional Specialists will provide functional support to the abovementioned divisions and report into the ICT structure. After implementation, ideally only system support should be provided by the ICT department, and each division should have their own functional expertise to support their systems. This role will primarily support the Finance stream and its integration with the SCM and HCM modules within the ERP environment.

Create and manage appropriate documentation relating to creation of user manuals, FAQs, system changes, test scenarios, test conditions, test scripts, etc.



Ensure functional/technical specifications are aligned to the EA.


  

**Minimum Qualifications:**


* B Degree/B Tech in Computer Sciences, IT or relevant


**Experience:**


* Minimum 8 years’ experience in ERP implementation, **Preferable SAGE 300C Finance.**
* Functional SAGE Certification – Finance, **Required**.
* Experience in integrated ERP environments with exposure to SCM and/or HCM processes will be advantageous.

You’ll ideally have:

* **3\+ years’ experience** in growth, campaign or digital marketing, ideally within consumer technology, fintech, SaaS or another fast\-moving product environment.
* Experience running campaigns that **sit within a digital product**, rather than simply directing users towards one.
* Experience with product\-led growth mechanics such as in\-product prompts, referrals, sharing, gifting, onboarding or lifecycle journeys.
* The ability to work confidently with Product and Engineering teams and see ideas through from concept to release.

* Motivate for the consideration and approval of the method, instrument or process improvement.

**Monitoring and reporting performance of inhouse controls and reference standards**


* On a monthly basis, evaluate performance of inhouse controls and reference standards, using the LIMS reports and statistical tools.
* Prepare and submit to the QC manager a formal report on the performance of the controls and standards, based on the statistical review of the results.
* Prepare quarterly high level summary reports on the performance of the standards and controls.

Role Purpose
Lead the technical design and delivery of Java\-based services in the Multiply ecosystem, ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, operable, and aligned to business outcomes.
