* Transporting staff and students from the peripheral areas on campus to central campus daily as per schedule.
* Completing daily trip records and relevant administrative tasks.
* Ensuring full compliance with traffic laws, University policies and safety procedures.
* Maintaining vehicle safety, cleanliness and roadworthiness, including routine inspections and reporting of defects.
* Enforcing passenger safety and responding appropriately to emergencies/incidents.
* Acting as a key link between drivers and management, ensuring effective communication.
* Coordinating driver schedules, leave and route coverage to ensure uninterrupted service.
* Assisting with performance feedback, meetings and operational improvements.
* Handling passenger queries and concerns appropriately and escalating where necessary.
* Promoting a positive and safe shuttle environment.
* Assisting with ad hoc/operational tasks (e.g. vehicle transport, parking office support, and basic office duties where required).

Shuttle Service Driver

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, well\-presented, proactive, and dependable individual to join our team as a **Rental Administrator \& Office Support**.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day\-to\-day administration of our rental portfolio, including lease management, tenant communication, rental collections, payment processing, and maintaining the rental book.

In addition to rental administration, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day\-to\-day operations of the office, assisting with new agent onboarding, compliance administration, and providing general support to the management and sales teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Rental Administration**

* Prepare, process, and manage lease agreements, renewals, and addendums.
* Maintain accurate records of tenants, landlords, and rental properties.
* Ensure all compliance and supporting documentation is up to date.
* Schedule and coordinate inspections and maintenance requests.

**Rental Book Management**

* Maintain and manage the rental book.
* Monitor monthly rental income and ensure accurate record\-keeping.

**Collections \& Payments**

* Collect monthly rental payments and follow up on outstanding amounts.
* Monitor arrears and implement collection procedures.
* Process landlord payouts accurately and on time.
* Capture and reconcile payments received and disbursed.
* Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding account queries.
* Assist with monthly financial reconciliations and reporting.

**Office Support \& Agent Onboarding**

* Assist with the onboarding of new agents, including the preparation and collection of required documentation.
* Ensure new agents are properly set up with company systems, processes, and administrative requirements.
* Provide ongoing administrative support to agents and management.
* Maintain and update agent records and compliance documentation.
* Assist with the preparation of training materials, meetings, and company events when required.
* Manage general office administration and filing systems.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.
* Perform additional administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

**General Administration**

* Provide administrative support to the rental department.
* Perform data capturing and general office administration.

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in property rentals, administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
* Excellent organisational and time\-management abilities.

Versus Socks is the leader in South Africa's performance sock category, with a clear ambition to become the world champion in performance socks. We are busy hiring future world champs to help us build.


We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about marketing, obsessed with social media, and genuinely connected to the world of performance and active lifestyle brands. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and take real ownership across social media, community management, athlete communications, shoot coordination, and event support.


This is a hands\-on role that requires someone who is close to the brand, the team, the product, and the community. The role is based in Stellenbosch, with four days per week in office and one remote day per week. You will also be expected to attend selected shoots, events, activations, community runs, and brand moments when required.


We want someone who is highly organised, takes initiative, and gets things done without needing to be followed up. This is not just a social media posting role. We need someone with real energy, a genuine passion for sport, and a strong feel for community. **Responsibilities**


**Social Media and Community Management**


* Manage all community interactions across Instagram, LinkedIn, Strava, and Facebook
* Respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions promptly and in brand voice

* Post across all platforms according to the content calendar

* Provide monthly reports with clear takeaways and recommendations for improvement

Success in this role means our social platforms are active and consistent, our community feels seen, DMs and comments are handled properly, athletes and influencers are communicated with clearly, shoots are well coordinated, event content is planned ahead, and the Marketing Manager can trust that key moving parts are under control.


**Key Requirements**


* Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or social media role
* A genuine passion for marketing, social media, and performance or lifestyle brands
* High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for sport, active lifestyle, and community\-led brands
