* Internal security automation initiatives
* Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to improve security visibility and automation
* Contribute to the development of scalable security processes and workflows

 TenacIT has invested significantly in security tooling, automation, internal RMM capabilities, and PAM development. This role will play a key part in leveraging those platforms effectively.

 Cross\-Functional Security Leadership

* Act as a security resource across all technical departments
* Provide security input during infrastructure, networking, desktop, and software initiatives
* Assist teams in understanding security risks and implementing practical mitigation strategies
* Promote security best practices throughout the organisation
* Work closely with desktop, network, infrastructure, and development teams to strengthen overall security posture
