* Monitor and investigate tender discrepancies, float discrepancies and transaction variances.
* Review daily takings and turnover reconciliations.
* Ensure transaction integrity and compliance with internal control procedures.
* Monitor cashier service levels, productivity, overtime and casual spend.
* Manage price overrides and ensure these are kept to a minimum.
