The Stock Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate, well\-organised, and readily traceable inventory across PABT's warehouse and stores environment. The role owns the day\-to\-day flow of stock from goods receipt through to issue and dispatch and the integrity of the bin location system

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and monitor the end\-to\-end movement of stock: goods receiving, put\-away, internal transfers, picking, issuing to production, and dispatch to customers
* Monitor stock levels against min/max and re\-order thresholds, and flag shortages, slow\-moving or obsolete stock to the Warehouse Manager
* Track incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments, ensuring paperwork (delivery notes, GRNs, picking slips, invoices) matches physical stock movements
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between physical counts and system records, identifying root causes and corrective actions
* Own and maintain the warehouse bin location system, ensuring every stock item has a designated, logical, and system\-recorded location
* Allocate and update bin locations for new stock lines, considering item size, weight, turnover rate, and picking efficiency
* Ensure all bin locations are correctly labelled
* Conduct regular bin location audits and cycle counts, correcting mismatches between physical placement and system data
* Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full annual stocktakes
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, health \& safety standards, and housekeeping standards (5S or similar) within the warehouse
* Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce stock losses, picking errors, and turnaround times

**Minimum Requirements and skills**

* Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential).

Warehouse Stock Controller

The Distribution Centre General Manager is accountable for the overall strategic, operational, financial and people performance of the assigned Distribution Centre, ensuring reliable, efficient and cost\-effective supply to the Group's corporate and franchise stores.  

The role provides leadership across the full Distribution Centre value chain, including Receiving, Production, Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, Dispatch, Food Safety, Quality and operational support functions, while ensuring stock integrity, cold\-chain compliance, service excellence and adherence to company standards.  

The DC General Manager translates the National Distribution Centre strategy into effective site\-level execution, ensuring the Distribution Centre has the capability, capacity, leadership and operating discipline required to support current demand and continued Group growth.

Distribution Centre Leadership \& End\-to\-End Operational Performance  

* Provide overall leadership and accountability for the performance of the Distribution Centre.

Afrirent (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Fleet Support Services Intern who will provide dedicated and professional fleet services administrative and vehicle compliance / legislative support by accurately and timeously handling and processing all traffic fines, vehicle licencing requirements, and insurance claims.

**Fleet Services Administration**

* Implements all administrative and compliance processes when traffic fine infringements are incurred on fleet vehicles such as:
* Timeously identifying traffic fines
* Allocating traffic fines to the relevant customer
* Liaising with the Call Centre and relevant Key Accounts Executive (KAE) to arrange maintenance rebill authorisations (MRA’s)
* Finalising traffic fine payments
* Downloads vehicle licence reports to identify expiring licences and:
* Requests R114 statements of accounts from the Licencing Department monthly to identify traffic fine infringements
* Completes and attaches all requisite documents and information for licence renewals
* Obtains new vehicle licence discs
* Records all new licence discs and identifies and allocates discs to the correct user Department
* Coordinates with the KAE to distribute new vehicle licence discs to the client and acknowledge receipt
* Handles the end\-to\-end insurance claims processes until claims are resolved / closed
* Submits reports and feedback timeously to the Contracts Manager on issue identified and outstanding areas of compliance and the reasons thereof

**Education \& Work Experience**

* Certificate (NQF level 5\) in Office Administration / Finance / Logistics
* 0 \- 6 Months experience in general office administration in a fleet / finance environment
* Code 08 Drivers’ Licence (Advantageous)

Pay: R6 390,76 per month
