Payments \& Cash Handling

* Identify and report payment discrepancies.
* Process deposits, refunds and other transactions in accordance with company policy.

Reception \& Operational Duties

* Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area.
* Manage guest keys/access cards and ensure they are issued and returned correctly.
* Assist with luggage storage and collection.

THE ROLE

As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day\-to\-day operation of the hostel during your shift.

You will act as the **senior person on duty**, ensuring that the front office, housekeeping, guest services and other operational areas work together effectively.
