We are looking for an experienced, organised and highly accountable **Dental Practice Manager** to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of a busy dental practice.

This position is suited to someone who understands that excellent patient care depends on strong systems, an efficient team, accurate administration and consistent financial control.

Key Responsibilities

The Dental Practice Manager will be responsible for:

* Managing the daily operations of the dental practice
* Supervising receptionists, dental assistants and other support staff
* Managing staff schedules, attendance, leave and performance
* Ensuring the appointment book is managed efficiently and chair time is maximised
* Monitoring cancellations, no\-shows and outstanding patient follow\-ups
* Ensuring patients are correctly quoted, billed and payments are collected according to practice procedures
* Monitoring medical aid claims, rejected claims and outstanding accounts
* Managing debtors and following up on overdue patient accounts
* Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly practice revenue
