Sataya is representing a growing health and wellness business with stock held across South African and UK warehouses and a number of third\-party manufacturing sites. They are looking for a
 **Supply Chain Coordinator**
to take hands\-on control of inventory accuracy, stock availability and shelf life.

**Role Overview**

This role supports the control and monitoring of inventory across local and international warehouses and third\-party manufacturers. Day to day, that means keeping stock records accurate in Sage Intacct, tracking lot expiry dates, managing excess stock and making sure the right product is in the right place at the right time to support sales.

It suits someone analytical with a strong eye for detail, who is comfortable getting into the numbers and raising a stock risk early rather than waiting for it to become a write\-off. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Planner on replenishment and demand alignment, and with Brand teams on action plans to reduce expiry\-related losses.

The business sells through both an online store and a retail\-facing warehouse, so the role also includes proactive replenishment planning for both, with occasional operational support within online stock operations as needed.

**Scope of Role:**

* **Inventory system control:**
capture and process stock transactions accurately in Sage Intacct, maintain accurate records across all sites, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and support reconciliation between physical stock and system records
* **Stock availability and sales support:**
monitor stock levels against sales demand, identify potential shortages early and escalate, and help balance stock between sites to improve availability and limit excess
* **Shelf life and lot expiry:**
monitor shelf life and expiry dates across all warehouses, track short\-dated stock, work with Brand teams on plans to reduce expiry\-related losses, and ensure correct lot tracking and batch traceability in Sage Intacct
* **Excess and stock level monitoring:**
identify excess, slow\-moving and obsolete inventory, review stock at third\-party manufacturing sites and UK and South African warehouses, flag over and understocking risks to management, and support transfer recommendations
* **Online and retail stock support:**
follow usage trends and sales patterns to support timely replenishment for the online store and the retail\-facing warehouse, working with relevant teams to keep availability high and short\-dated risk low
* **Procurement support:**
assist the Supply Chain Planner with purchase orders in line with approved replenishment plans, follow up supplier order confirmations and delivery dates, and keep purchase order records accurate in Sage Intacct
* **Stock takes and audits:**
help coordinate cyclical and annual stock takes, prepare documentation and variance reports, and support audit preparation with accurate backing documents
* **Reporting:**
prepare inventory reports covering stock ageing, expiry tracking, excess and slow\-moving stock and availability, and give management regular updates on key risk areas

**The Ideal Profile:**

* Grade 12 / Matric, with a diploma or certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics or Finance advantageous
* 1 to 3 years' experience in inventory control or supply chain coordination, with exposure to stock analysis and replenishment
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Sage Intacct experience is advantageous
* Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar dashboard and reporting tools is advantageous
* Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and good numerical and reconciliation skills
* Proactive, and able to spot and escalate stock risks early
* Collaborative, particularly with planning and operations teams, and happy to take a hands\-on approach

Regional Manager - Western Cape

We're looking for a **Purchasing Coordinator** to run the operational side of every purchase order for two buyers at a fast\-moving social commerce company. You will build approval packets, file item and vendor setup requests with the ERP partner, submit PO requests, check draft POs line by line, assemble wire packets, follow up with vendors for quotes, tracking, and routing forms, and keep one open\-items tracker so nothing waits on a reminder.

This is a precision execution role. The buyers decide what to buy and at what price. Your job is to make sure what they decided actually happens, correctly, the first time. One wrong quantity, wrong entity, or wrong attachment is the failure mode of this role. If you have hands\-on PO administration experience inside an ERP, write English that US vendors and finance teams read without hesitation, and take genuine pride in closing loops without being asked, this role is a strong fit.

**Why You'll Want to Join**

* You will be paid in **USD** (bi\-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
* **Paid Time Off** in accordance with company policy
* Observance of **Holidays** per company guidelines
* **100% remote setup** so you can work wherever you're most productive
* This role requires **at least 6 hours of overlap with 8 AM to 6 PM US Pacific Time, Monday through Friday**; preferred shift is 8 AM to 4 PM Pacific
* Work directly with two buyers and a small, fast\-moving leadership team with direct access and fast decisions
* Defined role from day one with a written six\-step SOP and house email templates already in place

**What You'll Work On**

**Approval Packets and Open\-Items Tracker**

* Build price approval and wire approval requests from the buyer's deal sheet including model, brand, quantity, cost, retail reference link, entity, and channel
* Attach the correct supporting documents to every approval request
* Log every open approval in the tracker and chase it on a set cadence without waiting to be asked
* Maintain the tracker so it always reflects who something is stuck with and since when

**ERP Item and Vendor Setup**

* File item setup and vendor setup requests on the ERP partner's forms accurately and completely
* Collect everything the ERP partner needs from the vendor: UPCs, package and master carton dimensions and weights, box photos, W\-9s, resale certificates, and compliance documents
* Follow up with vendors until every document is received and the setup is complete

**PO Requests and PO Confirmations**

* Fill the PO request form correctly including vendor number, freight terms, payment terms, destination warehouse, sales group, and customer number by channel
* When the draft PO comes back, check it line by line and either approve it or send an exact, complete list of corrections
* File retroactive POs for card and marketplace purchases as needed

**Wire Packets and Vendor Follow\-Through**

* Assemble the full wire request including approval, PO, proforma, and paying account
* Call the vendor to verbally verify banking details before the wire is submitted
* Relay the wire confirmation to the vendor and then chase ship date, tracking, invoices, and the routing form
* Loop in logistics to schedule pickup and see each order through to receipt

**Reconciliation and Records**

* Match received quantities to paid quantities and flag any discrepancies
* Draft short\-ship or damage notices for the buyer to review and approve
* Collect invoices for accounting and keep all records organized and current

**What You Bring**

* 2 or more years of hands\-on experience in purchasing operations, order administration, supply chain admin, or accounts payable support for a distributor, e\-commerce seller, or trading company
* Direct experience administering purchase orders inside an ERP or order management system such as Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or Odoo — and a clear understanding of POs, proforma invoices, freight terms, and payment terms
* Professional written English with no review step; US vendors and finance staff should read your emails as native
* Spoken English confident enough to phone a US vendor and verify banking details
* Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills including lookups, clean table formatting, and reconciling one list against another
* Keeps a tracker, closes loops without reminders, and says clearly who something is stuck with and since when
* Careful with numbers and attachments; a wrong quantity, wrong entity, or wrong file is the failure mode of this role
* Available Monday through Friday with at least 6 hours of overlap with 8 AM to 6 PM US Pacific Time

**Nice to Have**

* Experience working for a US wholesale distributor, closeout buyer, Amazon seller, or TikTok Shop seller
* Filed item setup or vendor setup requests and collected product data including UPCs, dimensions, carton specs, and compliance certificates
* Coordinated LTL pickups including routing requests, BOLs, and pallet labels
* Handled Alibaba Trade Assurance orders, disputes, and refunds
* Familiarity with Keepa, Helium 10, or similar Amazon data tools
* Experience with HubSpot or another CRM
* Conversational Mandarin for Alibaba supplier communication

**How to Apply**

Please include:

* Your **updated resume**
* A **5\-minute Loom video** walking through a purchase order or vendor onboarding you personally administered from request to receipt, showing a tracker you built, and ending with one minute on the last time you caught an error before it went out

**Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.**

Shortlisted candidates will complete a 30\-day paid pilot with a clear checklist: run the full PO chain on a new order unaided and keep every open item on the tracker from day one.

If you are precise, close loops without being asked, and want to own the operational side of purchasing for a fast\-moving social commerce team, this role gives you the structure and the direct access to do your best work.

**Application Process Overview**

Our comprehensive selection process ensures we find the right fit for both you and our clients:

This internship is designed as a potential pathway to full\-time employment. Interns who demonstrate strong performance throughout their internship may be considered for a full\-time Data Center Technician position, subject to available roles and business needs.

Who Should Apply

We welcome applications from:

Students who have completed — or due to complete before the internship end date — a higher education qualification (National Qualifications Framework level 4 to 6\) or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Hardware Repair, or similar

About the Role

As a Data Center Technician Intern, you will work as part of the Operations team, whose primary responsibility is the maintenance and upkeep of the data center's computer and network infrastructure. This position involves hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair.

You will be exposed to both independent work and team\-based collaboration. Prioritization, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to react quickly are critical to being successful.

What You Will Do

You will provide our internal teams with infrastructure\-related support, resolving tickets related to hardware (motherboards, Random Access Memory, Central Processing Units, Graphics Processing Units, and more) and networking (link\-down events, optics replacements, switch replacements, and more).

In addition to hardware and network repair, you will learn how to install equipment, create documentation, innovate solutions, and fix complex problems within the data center environment.

Your day\-to\-day duties include:

* Troubleshooting server hardware alongside experienced AWS technicians

* Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) against assigned trouble tickets

* Shadowing AWS technicians during network troubleshooting to build your diagnostic skills

* Performing regular server hardware repairs (drives, motherboards, and other components) under the guidance of experienced technicians

* Interacting with third\-party vendors and contractors working on site

* A day in the life: Watch a day in the life of a Data Center Technician

Internship Structure

Amazon internships are full\-time (40 hours per week) for six consecutive months, starting in March/April 2027\. This position requires the intern to report to work on site daily. Intern schedules are typically day schedules, Monday through Friday.

In line with applicable legislation, preference will be given to eligible applicants from designated groups (that is, Black people (used as a collective term for Africans, Colored, Indians and Chinese) women, and persons with disabilities who are citizens of South Africa). Appointments will be made on merit and in accordance with organizational requirements).

* Be a South African citizen with a valid Identity Document

* Unemployed before joining the internship program.

* Age requirement: below 35 years

* Must have completed a higher education qualification in a related field (Minimum NQF level 4\-6 qualification)

* Qualification must be from an accredited institution of higher education

Diverse Experiences

AWS values diverse experiences. Even if you do not meet all of the preferred qualifications and skills listed below, we encourage you to apply. If your career is just starting, has not followed a traditional path, or includes alternative experiences, do not let that stop you from applying.

Your Career at Amazon — A Universe of Opportunity

At Amazon, your career is not a straight path. It is a journey you build as you go.

From your first day as an intern, you will own real work that matters. You will diagnose and repair the servers and networks that keep AWS running for millions of customers. Your mentors and teammates will champion your growth, helping you build skills you did not know existed — and you will see your work come to life at a massive scale.

Impact. Your work shapes the infrastructure that millions of customers rely on every day. Every server you repair and every network issue you resolve keeps the cloud running.

Action. You will move fast, learn by doing, and solve real problems from day one. Your ideas do not get stuck in approval chains — they get tested, refined, and put into practice.

Curiosity. Every project teaches you something new. You will apply what you learned in the classroom to real challenges and explore different teams, technologies, and career paths within Amazon.

We are seeking people who sculpt from first principles, enjoy facing adversity, and can do the impossible at record breaking speeds.

### **About You and The Role**

Zipline operates a growing network of distribution sites across Rwanda, Ghana, Nigeria and Côte d'Ivoire, and that network is about to expand quickly. As Head of Service Delivery, Africa, you will make sure every site is ready to operate from the day it is handed over and keeps performing after that. You will set one written operating standard, train people to it, certify every site against it and hold teams accountable to clear metrics, at a sustainable cost per delivery.

Country Directors run their sites day to day. You will own how the work is done, and partner with them to bring every site up to the same standard. You will lead our in\-country operations excellence and compliance teams, set the bar for operator competence, and be Engineering's main operations counterpart. You will report to the Head of Operations, Africa, and work alongside the Heads of Deployments and Logistics as one regional leadership team.

What You'll Do

* Write and own the operating standards library for our African network, consolidating what exists today into one clear standard. Practices vary from site to site today, so much of your first year will go into writing these standards and embedding them in every site.
* Certify every site at go\-live and every quarter after that, and publish the results.
* Lead a Country Operations \& Product Lead in each major market, who reports to you and works hand in hand with their Country Director.
* Define the competency standard for Site Leads and Shift Team Leads and, with our People team, build the pipeline that produces around 20 new certified Site Leads for our launch programme.
* Publish a capacity envelope for each site, based on flight operations constraints and real site data.
* Define the operating metrics every site is measured on, agree targets with each Country Director, and hold site teams accountable for meeting them.
* Own the network's operating data, including monthly site reporting and cross\-site comparisons, and follow up until the gaps are closed.
* Act as Engineering's primary operations partner: first response on field issues, standardisation, and a ranked list of product requests from the field.
* Build strong working relationships with every Country Director. They run operations in their countries, and you will support them with the standards, data and coaching to raise performance.

### **What Success Looks Like**

* A rising share of sites certified at standard, with high certification pass rates.
* Findings closed quickly, and the same finding rarely appears twice.
* Capacity envelopes that accurately predict what each site can deliver.
* New Site Leads reach full competency quickly and are ready for each launch.
* Every site reports against the same metrics, and performance gaps between sites narrow month on month.

### **What You'll Bring**

* 12\+ years running distributed physical operations to a written standard, for example airline ground operations, multi\-site logistics networks, industrial or franchise operations, or healthcare networks.
* You have built a standards and certification system from scratch, not just inherited one.
* Experience leading through country or regional leads with dotted\-line authority, and a reputation as an outstanding cross\-functional partner.
* A track record of building operator talent pipelines at scale.
* Strong data instincts: you set clear metrics, use operating data to spot variance, and hold teams accountable.
* Strong programme and project management instincts: you drive workstreams end to end across teams you don't directly lead.
