**Position Summary**  
The Workshop Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, productivity, quality, and efficiency of the workshop. The role includes providing technical guidance and leadership to workshop personnel, ensuring vehicles are repaired and serviced to required standards, maintaining accurate job cards and warranty procedures, and ensuring a safe, clean and well\-organised working environment. The Workshop Foreman also supports staff development, manages workshop resources and equipment, maintains strong customer relationships during breakdown attendance, and ensures all work complies with company standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable labour regulations.  
**Work and Task Performance**

* Support the Workshop Manager in a constructive manner, ensuring that the internal department relationships are properly maintained.
