Operating within the Data \& Insights team, your mission is to decode customer behaviors and transform product engagement into high\-impact, actionable intelligence. By bridging the gap between product adoption and commercial data, you will construct a holistic view of user health and the tangible value we provide.



You will take full ownership of the product\-usage analytics lifecycle. This involves hands\-on data exploration, hypothesis testing, and deep collaboration with Data and Analytics Engineers to architect the foundational models you require. Success is defined by analytical rigor and your ability to steer strategic product and Go\-to\-Market (GTM) decisions.



Embedded in our central Data \& Insights department, this role serves as a strategic partner to our Product organisation, driving cross\-functional synergy with other departments, engineering, and data science teams to maximize overall success.



Success depends on genuinely understanding the product you're analyzing, not just the data behind it.

  

**What you will do**  

* **Understand product usage**. Work closely with product managers (PMs), building a deep understanding of the product itself, to analyze how customers adopt and use it, and identify patterns in engagement, feature usage, and retention.to Analyze how customers adopt and use the product, and identify patterns in engagement, feature usage, and retention.


* **Connect usage to outcomes.** Link product usage data to customer and sales data to reveal how usage relates to expansion, churn risk, and account health.

* **Be proactive.** Explore product, sales, and customer data to surface findings nobody asked for. Anticipate the next question.

* **Partner on the data foundation.** Work with Data and Analytics Engineers to get product and sales data into the warehouse and modeled well. Define requirements and contribute to data models that connect product usage with customer and sales data.


* **Tell the story.** Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across the business, and document context, caveats, and decisions so the work survives handoffs.

  

  

**Experience and qualifications**  

* Deep product understanding and a track record of working effectively with PMs, translating product knowledge and usage data into decisions they act on.


* Strong analytical track record: someone who has measurably influenced revenue, product, or GTM decisions through analysis, not just produced reports.


* Comfort with the latest AI tools, and a habit of using them to work faster and sharper: You stay current as the tooling evolves and bring new approaches to the team.


* Eagerness to develop: you actively grow your skills, seek feedback, and treat new tools and methods as opportunities rather than threats.


* Solid SQL. You can independently query, join, and explore data without waiting for someone to prepare it for you.


* Proficiency in Python for analysis, modeling, and automation. Experience with ML and statistical libraries (e.g. scikit\-learn, statsmodels) for modeling, prediction, and inference.


* Statistical foundation: experimentation, significance testing, regression, segmentation, forecasting, and the judgment to know which applies.


* Working knowledge of how product usage connects to revenue: funnels, cohorts, retention, account health, and the realities of joining product usage data with CRM and sales data.

The HAUS Showroom Stock Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all showrooms nationally maintain the right stock, in the right quantities, at the right time. The role is heavily focused on stock replenishment, inventory optimisation, demand analysis and stock availability, ensuring showroom requirements are accurately translated into replenishment requirements while balancing availability against excess and aged inventory.


Main purpose of the job


A. National Stock Replenishment • Manage and coordinate national showroom stock replenishment on a daily/weekly basis. • Analyse showroom stock levels, sales, stock movements and demand to determine replenishment requirements. • Generate and maintain replenishment recommendations in line with agreed processes. • Ensure showrooms receive appropriate stock quantities based on demand, stockholding targets and product availability. • Monitor stock availability and identify potential out\-of\-stock risks before they impact showroom performance. • Balance replenishment requirements across multiple showrooms. As the Stock \& Asset Controller, you serve as the central operational backbone for HBD’s physical property portfolio and conservation grounds. Positioned at the intersection of inventory management, logistics, procurement, and maintenance coordination, you maintain rigorous control over all physical assets—from high\-value landscape machinery and nursery stock to estate maintenance tools, event gear, and property infrastructure supplies.

You build and maintain structured tracking systems on monday.com, run rigorous stock audits, manage store rooms across multiple sites, oversee repairs, coordinate asset write\-offs with Finance, and ensure all company property is accurately valued and fully insured. **Key Technical Focus Areas**

**1\. Stock Takes, Theft Prevention \& Discrepancy Reconciliation**

* **Stock Take Management:** Design, schedule, and execute periodic (monthly, quarterly, and annual) physical stock takes across all sites, store rooms, tool sheds, and nursery depots.
* **Stock Sheet Reconciliation:** Match physical inventory counts directly against system stock sheets and monday.com master logs, identifying variances, missing items, and stock shrinkage.

* **Equipment Health \& Servicing:** Maintain service schedules for power tools, mowers, irrigation pumps, misting units, and property machinery, managing the end\-to\-end repair process with external service vendors.
* **Reorder Points \& Purchasing:** Establish and maintain strict minimum reorder levels for high\-turnover consumables (soil media, fertilisers, irrigation fittings, PPE, hardware, paint). Process purchase requests and verify incoming deliveries against delivery notes/invoices.
* **Team \& Event Support:** Audit and prepare event equipment inventory prior to functions and track its safe return. Monitor and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to enforce Health \& Safety compliance.

**The Escalation Chain: Stock, Asset \& Financial Risk**

* **Level 1 (Direct Resolution):** Independently resolve minor stock discrepancies, reorder standard consumables, issue tool repairs, and update monday.com inventory sheets.

**About the Role**

We are a local vending machine business looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician for consistent, ad\-hoc bench work at our warehouse in the Consani Industrial Park. This is an ideal setup for a reliable, qualified technician looking for flexible, ongoing income without the hassle of field call\-outs or carrying personal overhead.

​You will be refurbishing and repairing modular drop\-in cooler units pulled from our vending machines. The equipment primarily consists of commercial R134a 1/3 HP compressors (with occasional larger or smaller variants), as well as some domestic compressors.

​The volume of work is consistent: expect to be needed about 1 to 2 times per week during summer, and around 3 times a month during winter.

​**Key Responsibilities**

* ​Fault finding and diagnosis: Assessing the unit when it arrives on the bench to determine the exact issue before starting work.
* ​Leak finding, brazing, clearing blockages, vacuuming, and re\-gassing.
* ​Compressor replacements and minor electrical work (such as fan replacements).
* ​General unit refurbishment, including cleaning the unit thoroughly and carefully straightening fins.
* ​Workspace maintenance: You are strictly required to clean the bench and pack away all tools after every job is completed.

Founding Analytics Engineer

Dis\-Chem Pharmacies requires a Cosmetic Manager for their Ballito Lifestyle store. Manage the cosmetic and beauty categories within the store. Oversee effective promoting and selling of Dis\-Chem cosmetic and beauty products through excellent and consistent customer service. Ensure staffs is on the floor to assist customers.

 **Minimum Requirements:**  

**Essential:**

* Grade 12 / Matric
* A minimum of 3 years’ cosmetics or beauty experience within a retail environment
* Previous supervision and/management of a staff complement of around 7
* Computer literate – MS Office
* Willing and able to work retail hours

 **Advantageous:**

* SAP experience
* Qlikview experience

 **Job Specification:**

* Direct and support sales staff under the guidance of the Store Manager and in accordance with the Dis\-Chem policies, procedures and retail working
* Ensure Cosmetic Consultants are allocated to the right and relevant cosmetic and beauty
* Ensure staff receives relevant training, and manage and encourage feedback from
* Ensure the store is adequately staffed at all
* Be accountable and manage stock control through effective planning and ordering of stock in collaboration with Dis\-Chem’s warehouse and
* Manage and address customer compliments and
* Escalate serious and unresolved customer complaints to Store Manager or Regional Cosmetic
* Maintain merchandising and displays, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness within the
