* Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within specified deadlines.
* **Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements.**
* Maintain an up\-to\-date tender database and filing system.
* **Coordinate with internal departments to obtain the necessary documentation for tender submissions.**
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding tender\-related matters.
* **Track tender outcomes and maintain records of awarded and unsuccessful bids.**
* Ensure all company registrations, compliance documents, and certifications are current and readily available.
* **Provide administrative support throughout the tendering process.**

Package \& Remuneration

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* **2–3 years’ proven experience as a Tender Administrator or in a similar role.**
* Experience in the Building, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Supply and Delivery industries.
* **Strong understanding of tender documentation, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.**
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* **High level of accuracy and attention to detail.**
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).**
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

**Must be based in Centurion or the surrounding areas.** 

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** 

Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be advantageous.
