**About the role**


The Finance \& Administration Officer plays a key support role in ensuring that operational, compliance, procurement, and administrative processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally.


You will work closely with the Finance Director, Finance Manager, suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that records are complete, processes are followed, and administrative controls are properly maintained.

**Key responsibilities**


You will be responsible for:

* Coordinating procurement requests and procurement processes across the business
* Obtaining supplier quotations and supporting documentation
* Raising and managing purchase orders

The successful candidate should have:

* Experience in procurement, contracts administration, or compliance administration would be advantageous
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
* Experience working in a multi\-entity or group environment would be advantageous
