**Someone with:**

* **Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification.**

We are seeking an experienced Creditors Controller to manage the full accounts payable function in a fast\-paced warehouse logistics environment. The role focuses on accurate invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment management, and compliance with financial controls.

**Key Responsibilities:** 

* Manage the full creditors/accounts payable function from invoice receipt to payment
* Verify, capture, and reconcile supplier invoices against Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Received Notes (GRNs), Proof of Deliveries (PODs), job cards, and supplier statements
* Perform three\-way matching (Invoice, PO, GRN/POD) to ensure accuracy and prevent duplicate or incorrect payments
