**Minimum Qualification Required**
----------------------------------

* Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4


**Minimum Experience**
----------------------

* Minimum 5 years short\-term insurance experience
* Minimum 5 years Claims experience
* Minimum 3 years Claims Investigations experience
* Solid understanding of claims systems and claims procedures: inclusive of claims, investigations, and legal department processes
* Commercial Claims experience will be beneficial

* Reaching company goals and targets set for the BI Investigations department.
