* At least 4–5 years’ hands\-on experience in systems administration, network administration, infrastructure support, or IT operations.
* Solid practical experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration, networking (firewalls, switches, VPNs, and routing), backup/DR solutions, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalent).
* Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network\+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ\-104\), Cisco CCNA, or CompTIA Security\+ are highly desirable.
