We are looking for a proactive, detail\-oriented E\-commerce Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing online retail business.

Minimum Requirements

* Minimum **3–5 years' experience** in external sales, preferably within the rigging, lifting, engineering, construction, industrial, or related sectors.
* Valid South African driver's licence (essential).
* Own reliable transport will be advantageous.
* Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is advantageous; extensive proven experience will also be considered.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
* Willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and secure new business opportunities.
* Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
* Conduct customer visits and site inspections.
* Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
* Promote the company's rigging services and solutions.
* Build long\-term relationships with customers.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
* Represent the company professionally at all times.
