Senior Operations & Finance Manager

**POSITION PURPOSE**


To manage and support the portfolio on all financial requirements to ensure timeously payments, governance and reporting on the portfolio finances

 **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES OF THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT**

* Financial approvals on Vantage
* Bill Clients (as per agreement)
* Receive POP from client and allocate payment
* Pre\-pare EFT batches to pay contractors
* Pay contractors on time
* Send contractors EFT remittance to show what has been paid

* Conduct a recon on the contractors statement and send the recon to the contractor

* Manage feedback: Update the Broll system daily to add comments on the level of completion of outstanding work instructions \& Keep track of feedback on a daily basis to clients internal and external.
* Support the accounts manager to obtain all data to ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports are send to the client as to the client’s requirements.
* Familiars yourself with the client SLA and manage the Broll dashboard to ensure you comply with the SLA and requirements.
