* Grade 12 (Matric) certificate with at least 2 years of relevant office administration or tourism\-related experience.
* Proficiency in Afrikaans and English is essential; a third language will be an added advantage.

#### **Responsibilities**


* Welcome and engage with visitors at the Cape Agulhas Lighthouse Museum and Tower.
* Issue permits, process payments, and reconcile daily takings.
* Represent the lighthouse with enthusiasm and respect for its historical value.
* Provide accurate information to visitors about the park, lighthouse, and related tourism activities or facilities.
* Perform administrative duties, including visitor statistics and basic reporting.
* Maintain exhibition displays and manage inventory of museum items.
* Compile and distribute brochures and other relevant lighthouse\-related information.
* Assist in supervising security and cleaning services at the lighthouse, including oversight of public ablutions.
* Perform relieve receptionist duties at the front office when required.
