**Job Description**
**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
* Prepping bill of material packaging (bags and buckets).
* Picking and packing of bill of material.
* Ensuring that bill of material is always stocked.
* Checking the levels of the bill of material packaging (bags, buckets, barcodes etc.).
* Control and management of all barcodes.
* Ensure that bill of material is packed correctly for stock take purposes.
* Checking the printed orders that come from the production room.
* Quality control of the printed tags.
* Making sure that blank orders are packed if the printed order has any blank order items.
* Packing of blank orders.
* Ensuring that the orders are packed correctly and up to standard.
* Checking of incoming stock and packing it on the shelves (FIFO).
* Ensuring the necessary prepping and processes are followed during stock take.
* Any further instruction from the warehouse supervisors as required.
* Record all duties (Production) on an excel sheet, daily.
* In the event of receiving any communication relating to a Product Complaint, the employee shall, within one (1\) business days or three (3\) calendar days, whichever is shorter from the date of receipt of such communication, notify the pharmacovigilance department by email. Managing multiple finished goods warehouses, dispatch operations and outbound logistics. The main objective is to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full while maintaining accurate stock, controlling costs and building an efficient warehouse and dispatch operation. Key Responsibilities

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**Inventory Management:**

* Oversee and manage daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
* Ensure proper labelling, storage, and documentation of inventory items.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile inventory records with financial statements.
* Conduct regular audits and stock counts, including Semi\-Quarterly Financial wall\-to\-wall counts and daily cycle counts.

* Ensure inventory is properly stored in designated locations based on size, weight, and fragility.
* Monitor and optimize storage space, consolidating inventory where necessary to free up space.
* Conduct regular inspections of aisles for damaged stock, locations, and packaging issues.

**System Management:**

* Implement and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline inventory processes.
* Ensure all personnel are trained and proficient in using the WMS.
* Regularly review and update WMS data to ensure accuracy.
* Utilize WMS to generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.

**Reporting and Analysis:**

* Generate and analyze inventory reports, including warehouse utilization reports and process improvement logs.
* Communicate findings and recommendations to the Site Manager, the Customer and other relevant stakeholders.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, such as stock accuracy, on\-time delivery, and damage rates.

**Compliance and Safety:**

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to inventory management.
* Implement and enforce health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) protocols within the warehouse.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards in inventory management.

**Team Leadership:**

* Lead and mentor the inventory management team, including cycle counters and inventory control staff.
* Conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

**Someone with:**

* **5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a multi\-principal warehouse environment.**
* **Diploma in Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.**
* Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software and advance Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Inventory Manager

DESCRIPTION  

The purpose of this role is to source, purchase and expedite goods, materials and services required by B\&E International’s operational and mining sites, ensuring value for money, timeous delivery and full compliance with the company’s Supply Chain Management Policy and Delegation of Authority.  

  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

* Ensure compliance with B\&E Health \& Safety and SHEQ requirements in all procurement activities.
* Source, negotiate and place purchase orders for goods, materials and services against approved requisitions.
* Obtain and evaluate competitive quotations from approved suppliers in line with procurement policy thresholds.
* Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date supplier, pricing and purchase order records on ORB Fusion and Sage.
* Expedite outstanding purchase orders and proactively resolve delivery delays with suppliers.
* Verify goods received against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies with the warehouse and suppliers.
* Identify and implement cost\-saving and consolidation opportunities across categories and sites.
* Support supplier pre\-qualification, vendor approval and performance evaluation processes.
* Prepare procurement reports and provide feedback to the Procurement and Logistics Manager.

  

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS  

* A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Purchasing, Logistics or a related field.
